There are times when you keep on repeating the same paragraph of the book over and over again. This is caused by mind chatter which can be hard to turn off. If you like to read, you can turn off your phone and find a quiet spot to read. Thoughts come and go but it’s important to bring one’s focus back to the reading material.
Relish the moment when you treat yourself.
If you want to treat yourself, just go and indulge. Don’t beat yourself up for it.
